2771821 - Chart scales incorrectly when adding a Reference Line with a negative value in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & SAP Digital Boardroom

When adding a Reference Line with a negative value, values on the Chart are in the incorrect position and the chart is scaled incorrectly in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.2.9
• SAP Business Warehouse Import Data Connection

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Create a story using Line Chart
3. Add a Reference Line with a positive value such as "1,000,000,000"
4. Observe that the chart scales correctly
5. Change the Reference Line to a negative value such as "-1,000,000,000"
