When opening an appraisal document using transaction codes such as PHAP_ADMIN, PHAP_ADMIN_PA, PHAP_SEARCH, or PHAP_SEARCH_PA, the status displayed within the document may differ from the one shown in the overview list.
This discrepancy most commonly occurs with the status "In Process – Part Appraisal in Process ".
In the overview list retrieved via PHAP transaction codes, the status typically appears as "In Process, Part Appraisal in Process."
However, upon opening the document, a different status appears in the header section.
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
