Symptom

  • Inactive talent pool still shows in the dashboard
  • Inconsistent talent pool data shows in the dashboard

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Succession (Talent Pool v2 based nominations) dashboard/report
  2. Run the created dashboard
  3. Notice that the inactive talent pool data is showing in the report

Cause

The Succession (Talent Pool v2 based nominations) does include the data of inactive talent pools in the dashboard/report as default

Resolution

For the inactive talent pools to be excluded in the report, the filter for status must be configured as per the example below for a dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Dashboard
  2. Go to the said tile report
  3. Go to Filters tab and filter the status to show only active talent pools
  4. Save and go back to your dashboard
  5. Confirm that the dashboard report does not include inactive talent pools
