2771977 - Payment Information Account Type is not valid during pending hire - Employee Central

You are receiving the following error when click on "Hire" on Manage Pending Hires screen for users in a specific Country. Sample below reminds a Canadian candidate:

The field cust_accountType in PaymentInformationDetailV3.[MAIN].[1].[CAN].cust_accountType is not valid

1. Go to Manage Pending Hires
2. Select Recruiting/Onboarding drop down
3. Choose an candidate and click on Hire

The field cust_accountType defined on the Configure Object Definition for the Payment Information Detail CAN (as the example) has the Data Type different as "Enum" which is the correct data type for Account Type.

1. Go to Configure Object Definition
2. Search for the Payment Information Detail for the country you are receiving the error message
3. Click on Take Action
4. Search/Find the cust_AccountType field
5. Modify the Data Type to "Enum" instead of the currently Data Type.
6. Click on Save.
