Time Off ESS UI displaying available balances as {0}

• SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Time Off

1. Login as admin
2. Proxy as user
3. Navigate to time off UI
4. Create new Absence for any time type.
5. Now you can observe that Available Balance as {0}(Check above image)

The following permissions are needed in order to view the available balance and balance overview sections on the UI:

Viewing the available balance on the Create Absence UI:

If the objects are secured:

For the "Account View" overview:

If the time account object is secured:

• Time Management object permissions > Time account: View

For the "Time Type View" overview:

If the time type object is secured:

• Time Management object permissions > Time Type: View
