Symptom
- Users can no longer access the Global Account.
- You would like to cancel/postpone the BTP Global Account termination.
- When accessing the SAP Business Technology Platform, the users receive a notification message regarding the expiration of the present contract on the BTP cloud cockpit:
Your global account is reaching the contract end date. In the next days, this global account will expire and access to it will be blocked, and later deleted. We value our partnership and hope to continue to serve your business with SAP products and services. Please reach out to your Renewal Executive to cancel the pending termination and renew your contract. - When login to the BTP Account, the following message appears:
There is a pending termination request for your global account. After the termination date, your global account and all related data will be deleted.
