2772449 - ESI - HTTP 403 Forbidden error when running Health Check in SOAMANAGER

Symptom

After clicking the Health Check option in transaction SOAMANAGER, the new window displays an HTTP 403 Forbidden error. For example, the error can happen while configuring the Logical Determination of Receiver using Service Groups.:
