2772564 - Unable to start SYSTEMDB or XSA-Admin instance due to multiple installations on same host

When starting xsa-admin, it throws following error message:

Starting app "xsa-admin"...
Starting instance(s) of app "xsa-admin" failed:
Asynchronous job 'Starting 2 instance(s) of app 'xsa-admin' [Org 'XXX', Space 'XXX']' failed: com.sap.xs2rt.controller.ControllerExceptions$ResourceConflictException: SAP WebDispatcher failed to bind application port (already occupied). Route to application will be unavailable. Restarting the application may solve the issue.
Restarting failed.

Start the SystemDB with <sid>adm and command HDB start, the following error occurs: "FAIL: process hdbxscontroller HDB XS Controller not running"

Checking the xscontroller.out trace file, you will find entries similar to:
