2772687 - DBISQL with nogui mode displays a part of the SJIS external character unexpectedly on IBM AIX- SAP IQ 

Symptom

Some SJIS characters are not displayed correctly on AIX when specific DBISQL versions are used with nogui mode.
The below SJIS characters are affected:

Character Code Name
0x815C HORIZONTAL BAR
0x8160 WAVE DASH
0x8161 DOUBLE VERTICAL LINES
0x817C MINUS SIGN
0xfa55 FULLWIDTH BROKEN BAR
