2773056 - On the PDF/Print version of the Performance Forms, the ratings are not visible to the Employee role - Performance Management

• On the PDF/Print version of the Performance Form, the ratings are not visible to the Employee role, even though the ratings are visible to the Employee on the form.
• However, the Manager is able to see the ratings on the PDF/Print version.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

• When an Employee views a copy of their Performance forms, ratings are visible in the Competency Section.
• When the Employee views the PDF/Print version of the form, the ratings are not visible in the Competency Section.
• When the Manager views the PDF/Print version of the form, the ratings are visible.

The 'others-rating-tab' permission is disabled for the 'Employee' role.

• On the form, when the section mode is set as "sect-mode="EZ_Rater", the ratings in the form are rendered as part of a column in the  EZ-rater table.
• In the PDF/Print preview feature, the ratings are rendered as part of the Others Rating tab (others-rating-tab).
• Since 'others-rating-tab' permission is disabled for the 'Employee' role, then the Employee will not able to see the rating in the 'PDF/Print' preview.
• If the others-rating-tab permission is enabled for the 'Manager' role, then only the Manager will be able to see all of the ratings in the PDF/Print preview.
• Please enable the 'others-rating-tab' for 'Employee' to see official rating in pdf/print preview.
