Why is "Show hierarchy level" missing from the filter options in executive review?

1. Go to Executive Review
2. Click on a Template
3. Notice you do not have the "Show hierarchy level" filter option

No direct reports

• If the user using executive review does not have any direct reports then this option will be removed
• If your compensation plan is configured to use second manager hierarchy (compensation manager hierarchy) then the user using executive review and will need to have second level reports and be listed under the "SECOND_MANAGER" column in the UDF
• The reason being is that executive review operates based on the hierarchy of the template. "Show hierarchy level" gives you the option of filtering through various levels in your hierarchy but if you do not have any users reporting to you then it will not be visible
• It is currently as design for the system to behave like this
