2773103 - DDIC_ACTIVATION errors while updating SMERP add-on

Symptom

While importing support package for SMERP 630_740 using SPAM, several activation errors occur for /MERP/* objects.

For example:

3EEDT242 Field "DOC_ID": Component type or domain used not active or does not exist
1EEDO519X"Table" "/MERP/CORE_ABSDOC_OBJKEY_STR" could not be activated
...
1EEAD222 INCLUDE table "/SMFND/D_MCREW_I" is not active or does not exist
1EEDO519 "Table" "/MERP/PM_CREWITEM_ENTITY_STR" could not be activated


Note: the support package level and version of SMERP may vary, as well as the error messages and objects affected.
