Executing sapcontrol -function Start/StartSystem/RestartInstance returns OK, but actually no new processes are generated (This is also applicable to similar start actions from sapcontrol like RestartSystem / HDB Start / etc).
After those commands, sapcontrol -function GetProcessList shows YELLOW/GREEN with old PID.
But the PID does not exist on OS (ps -eaf | grep <pid>).
