2773171 - Change the share flag of the candidate - Recruiting Management

• Is it possible to change the share flag of the candidate to another one?
• There's a candidate that once had the flag 'Only Recruiters managing jobs I applied', but now the candidates can't change their share flag. How can we change this candidate's flag?

As of now, there isn't a way to change the visibility of a candidate by someone else within the instance (for example: having the recruiter changing a candidate's visiblity options isn't possible). That is not possible due to GDPR and data privacy since this information is a personal information from the candidate and was choosen by them.

If this would be important due the wish to forward a candidate, an alternative would be to send an adhoc email to ask this candidate to apply to the other job. You can do that via the application page through the 'Contact Candidate' button.
