Symptom

ASE dataserver hangs with very high CPU utilisation with timeslices reported in ASE log, and users unable to run any command.
- Messages in the error log show :
timeslice -749, current process infected at 0x2b4da8eb71e0 (PEM_read_bio_RSAPrivateKey)
kernel timeslice error: spid 838 exhausted its 'time slice' of 100 milliseconds and additional 'cpu grace time' of 500 ticks (50000 milliseconds). It has been marked for termination.
This Adaptive Server process has had 4928 major and 23095662 minor page faults since boot.
