2773555 - ORD Report does not bring data from Learning Management System(LMS)

ORD Report does not bring data from Learning Management System(LMS) as it displays the below Error message inside CSV report: 

"Error rendering List Report component"

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Once logged in access Analytics >
2. Click on Analytics >
3. Click on Report Designer >
4. Click on Rizing folder >
5. Access the Report with problem >
6. Preview report >
7. Export CSV >
8. Resulting file fails 

There is a setting that needs to be reviewed in Learning Admin side to fix the reported issue:  useHANAQueryForAdhocReports

Please follow the steps below to review it:

1. Go to Learning Admin side > System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > Report_System >
2. Check if the setting is already there and set it to true. If not, add the setting: useHANAQueryForAdhocReports=true > Apply changes >
3. Run the Report again.
