The All Matrix Managers (EP) Role is not available in Manage Templates Field and Section Permissions.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to Manage Templates
2. Select the Performance Form template
3. In the Goal section, select the Field Permissions configuration:

   4. Go to Manage Route Maps and open the associated route map.

The All Matrix Managers role is available for selection in the Iterative and Collaborative step types (not supported in a Single step: 2773643)

The EP role which represents All Matrix Managers is only used in Manage Route Maps.

• If you need to grant field or sections permissions to all Matrix Managers, then the EX (First Matrix Manager) role should be selected.

Notes:

• In the Performance form configuration if you grant field or section permissions for the 'EX' role, the same permission will be applied for all Matrix Managers.
• It is not possible to set field or section permissions for only one Matrix Manager if you decide to route the form to All Matrix Managers.
• If a required field permission is configured for the EX role, once that required field is populated by one EX within the step, then the system will identify that the required field condition has been met, and the form can be routed forward without the required field prompt.
• When including all Matrix Managers in a route step, it is not possible to differentiate between the individual Matrix Managers or define different permissions for the individual Matrix Managers.
