Symptom
The Counted Events time type group is persisted one DB as minutes.
For example, BLUE_COUNTER is a Counted Event type time type group which is also a Time Pay Time, if you check the time valuation result you will notice the 1 count is displayed as 1 minute in format of 0:01.
As of 2H 2024 release, on the Time Sheet UI, Counted Events will be displayed as decimal as documented in Minor Functional Changes on the Time Sheet UI , while before 2H 2024, on Time Sheet UI counted events also display as minute.
But you may expect each count event to be treated as 1 hour, or some other amount of time.

Resolution
For this scenario you can make use of the factor for the input time type group.
The counted events method will count a value as 1 minute. What you can do is to use the factor to convert a minute intp an hour, or a different amount of time. For example with a factor of 60, then 1 minute becomes 60 minutes (1 hour).
This is possible when the Counted Event time type group is an Input Time Type Group of a time valuation.
