Reproducing the Issue
Go to Talent Pools and click the Gear icon to show the columns displayed.
Resolution
It is not possible to add additional columns here. You will have to submit an enhancement request by following the steps outlined in KBA 2090228 - How to submit enhancement requests for SAP SuccessFactors products
