2773676 - Certificate error message occurs during configuring agent - SAP Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services

Symptom

One of the following error message appears after clicking on "Upload" button during agent configuration in SAP Data Services Agent Configuration:

  • In case of using proxy server:
    • Unable to upload the agent certificates to the SAP Cloud Platform Integration server.
      Upload certificate error: org/apache/common/codec/binary/Base64
  • In case of not using proxy server:
    • Unable to upload the agent certificates to the SAP Cloud Platform Integration server.
      Upload certificate error: Connect to <HCI server url>:443
      [<HCI server url>/<IP address>] failed: Connection timed
      out: connect (local port <port number> to address 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, remote port 443
      to address <IP address>)
