2773751 - Technical Monitoring Hierarchy differs for some specific Technical System types

Symptom

  • Issue when setting up System Monitoring for some Technical Systems: Setup monitoring step (within System Monitoring setup) only displays the Technical System and the Host in the monitoring hierarchy. Database (DB) does not appear and needs to have the template assigned separately.
  • In the System Monitoring UI you're unable to find/see the DB.
