2774108 - Identity Authentication and Identity Provisioning tenant specific request only possible for customer owning the tenant

Symptom

  • SAP Product Support receives a request to change the Identity Authentication and/or Identity Provisioning tenant administrator, provide sensitive information of a tenant or provision a tenant.
  • The support engineer concluded, that the request was filed on behalf of a different customer ID.

Note: SAP strongly recommends to set at least 2 administrators in case one of them is not available.
