A job board or school used by the customers has been set "Out of production".

Here are some of reasons for a school or job board to be removed from Recruiting Posting:

• The Job board/School board doesn't exist anymore
• The Job board/School board has changed their system and their new technology is not compatible with Recruiting Posting
• The Job board/School board has changed their politics and they don't want to be integrated anymore with Recruiting Posting

When a School is "Out of Order", the school is not in Job Board Market Place anymore, neither in My School Job Boards section, nor in the list of school available to publish a job offer on.

When a Job board is "Out of Order", it won't appear in the Job Board Market Place. However, it will still appear in the list of "My Job Boards", as long as it's associated to the account as well as on the list of job Board to be selected for a job offer if nothing is done manually to remove it or block it.

Before being “Out of Order” a job board can be:

• In “maintenance” status: it means that an update should be done for the integration to be fully functional. When a job board is in “maintenance” it will still appear in the Job Board Market Place. It will appear in “My Job Boards” and credentials and packs can be modified. If a job has already been posted, it can be reposted. However, posting a new job is not possible until the job board status goes back to normal (=on production)
• In “Pending delete” status: it means that the job board will be removed from the catalogue within 30 days. When a job board is in “pending delete” it won’t appear in the Job Board Market Place. It will still appear in “My Job Boards” and credentials and packs can be modified. The job posting on this job board is no longer available, whether for new job or for job already posted.

Please note that after 30 days of “Pending Delete”, the job board will be automatically be switched off (= it will be out of order). The association to the customers will be removed, it means that it will no longer appear in “My Job Boards”.

This is not retroactive: it means that job boards which have been put “out of order” before the release (2111.3 August 2021) of this new statuses can still appear in the list of "My Job Boards", as long as it's associated to the account as well as on the list of job Board to be selected for a job offer if nothing is done manually to remove it or block it.
