2774196 - How To Hyperlink An Image In An Email Template

You want to hyperlink an image in an e-mail template.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Service work center.
2. Go to the Templates view.
3. Open relevant template.
4. Copy and paste image into Template Text box.
5. Highlight the image.
6. Click the hyperlink button (chain icon).
7. Insert Web address you want to link the image to.

 Result: When the image is clicked it opens the Web address.
