Symptom
- You are Calibrating talent flags such as Risk or Loss and Impact of Loss but the order of the ratings does not appear correctly in Bin View or 9-Box View.
- Instead of Low > Medium > High, the order shows as Medium > Low > High
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Calibration
Reproducing the Issue
- Create Calibration template. In the Data Tab, check Talent Flag.
- Check Rish of Loss or Impact of Loss.
- In the distribution, you will already notice the order is not correct
- Add a Bin View or 9-Box View and select the Talent Flags as calibration element.
- Create a Calibration Session and notice the order of the ratings. Example below in 9-box View.
Cause
The rating values of Talent Flags depend on the order of the OptionId assigned to the picklist.
Resolution
If you're using Legacy Picklists:
Check the optionID and picklist values for the Talent Flags in your instance:
- Go to Admin Center > Picklists Management.
- Select Export all picklist(s) and click Submit.
- Open the csv file/
- Filter the picklistId and search for the talent flags - riskOfLoss, impactOfLoss or reasonForLeaving
You can switch the labels for the OptionID so that the rating values will show in correct order based on the OptionId order. DO NOT CHANGE any OptionID as this ID is an internal reference. Please NOTE: In case there are historical data for these talent flags, please reconsider changing the labels as this could affect your data.
