2774385 - Some Virtual Units in SAP Contact Center are getting Near Failure

  • While in the Infrastructure Administrator (IA), you noticed some Virtual Units displaying the warning triangle
  • After checking the corresponding server logs, you noticed the following errors:
    • TRC> ODBCConnection [0317E9D0]: ODBC connection failed
    • ERR> Exception in CheckDBConnectivity().
      Reason: SQLDriverConnect failed (REPORTING/08001/[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]
      SQL Server does not exist or access denied.|REPORTING/01000/[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen (Connect()).)
    • TRC> ASApp: DB Disconnected, Module Heath set to NearFailure
