• The language of a report scheduled to run via FTP is different than running from the instance
• While running a shared report via the instance, the user can see the information in Portuguese. However, if the user downloads this report from the FTP, the information is in English

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. An admin user has the BizX language set to English
2. He creates a report, share with other users and schedule to run via FTP
3. The other users have the BizX language in Portuguese and if they run this report, the information will be in Portuguese
4. But if they go to the FTP and download the same report, the output will be in English

The language of the report will respect the language of the logged in user in BizX. However, if the report is scheduled, it will pull the language of the report owner.

This is working as expected. For this scenario, if you need the report from the FTP to be in Portuguese as well, you need to change the language in BizX of the admin user.
