2774422 - Mess code when importing data via App Import Financial Plan Data

You are trying to import plan data into S/4HANA Cloud system using App Import Financial Plan Data. You have charactors in other language than English (for example, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or other languages not in ISO-8859-1 character set). After you import the csv. template, you find the charactors become mess codes.

1. Open App Import Financial Plan Data.
2. Import plan data which contains other language.
3. Check the result.

The imported .csv must be in UTF-8 encoding to make sure other languages are imported correctly.

First, you can download the template file in the App Import Financial Plan Data. Then input necessary data. When saving the file, you can choose Save As into "CSV UTF-8(Comma delimited)" format.

Then you can import the new .csv file with App Import Financial Plan Data. The charactors will show correctly.
