2774500 - Feedback Tab Shows on Mobile App When Continuous Performance Is Deactivated in Mobile Features (iOS and Android)

Users can see the Feedback tab on the mobile app even though Continuous Performance is not enabled in Mobile Features.

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. Admin Center > Enable Mobile Features
2. Go to the Modules side tab
3. Uncheck the box for Continuous Performance:

   4. On the Mobile App, the Feedback tab is still visible:

This is expected behavior.

Access to the Feedback tab on the Mobile App is not controlled by the Continuous Performance setting in Enable Mobile Features. The Feedback tab will be available to users if they have access to Continuous Feedback on the desktop version. Access to Continuous Feedback is controlled via:

• Continuous Performance Management Configuration > Enable Continuous Feedback; and
• Role-based permissions related to Continuous Feedback
