Not able to search for a job requisition when forwarding a candidate.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions

1. Logon to instance
2. Go to recruiting page
3. Click on candidates tab
4. Search for a candidate and click on their name
5. In the candidate profile scroll down to the bottom of the page
6. Click the Forward to requisitions button
7. Search for the job requisition using the appropriate filters
8. Click search
9. No Results appear

The job requisition is not posted or you have not selected the "include unposted jobs" checkbox

• The first solution is to post the job requisition internally or externally in the job posting window.
• The second solution is to select the "include unposted jobs" checkbox in the forward window.
