2774847 - Export Fails After Deleting Custom Analytical Query

Symptom

  • Item YY1_R.<Report ID> of type Report Content has an error in the usage of item YY1_<Query ID> of type Query
  • Item YY1_R.<Report ID> of type REP has an error in the usage of item YY1_<Query ID> of type DDLS

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 1902

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a custom analytical query and a report for the query
  2. Add the items to a software collection and export them through the Export Software Collections app
  3. Delete the query and the report
  4. Attempt to export the deleted items, and the error message may occur

Cause

The deletion appears to be successful in the UI, but will take some time for all objects of the item to finish being deleted.

Resolution

  1. After some time (possibly a couple of hours),export the software collection again
  2. If there are still issues then an case can be owned under BC-SRV-APS-EXT-AQD
