2774874 - Popup 'navigation to other apps is not supported' when using the App Resource Management for Projects

Symptom

  • Popup window 'navigation to other apps is not supported' appears when using the App 'Resource Management for Projects'
  • Scope item 2MV Project-Based Services  ( https://rapid.sap.com/bp/scopeitems/2MV  ) is activated but still unable to use app 'Resource Management for Projects'

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the App 'Resource Management for Projects'
  2. Click on window "Resources with Free Capacity"
  3. Window appears with "Sorry , navigation to other apps is not supported.

Cause

To use the Advanced Resource Management application the corresponding scope Project-Based Services 1KC needs to be activated in the system

Resolution

Activate / Purchase the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition license
