Symptom

  • Unable to add a Galigeo custom element to a Web Intelligence (Webi) report
  • Error: com.businessobjects.rebean.wi.exception.CustomElementExceptions$CustomElementAvailableTypesException: An exception occurred when retrieving the feeding metadata from the CustomElement third party service. (Error: RWI 00634)
  • Error in Adaptive Processing Server logs:
    Caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: java.security.cert.CertPathBuilderException: Could not build a validated path.
