2774928 - Dump OPEN_DATASET_NO_AUTHORITY with program RSHOST10

Symptom

In "Detailed analysis menu" of ST06, while accessing the "OS log", below dump occurrs.

Runtime Errors         OPEN_DATASET_NO_AUTHORITY
Exception              CX_SY_FILE_AUTHORITY
......
The current ABAP program "RSHOST10" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

The dump persists after implementing below SAP Notes:
2690964 - ST06 doesn't show Hardware info and Operating system log
2312569 - ST06: OPEN_DATASET_NO_AUTHORITY when reading hardware description file
