2775243 - The Parent Opportunity Field is Not Available to Add to The Opportunity OWL

Symptom

The Parent Opportunity field is not available as a field to add in the Opportunity OWL.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Opportunities view.
  3. Select Adapt--->Edit Master Layout.
  4. Hover over an existing column in the OWL.
  5. Select Add fields.
  6. The Parent Opportunity Field is not available to add.

Cause

Currently this field is not supported to add to the Opportunity OWL.
