2775400 - 403, Authenticated user is not permitted to perform the requested operation error when setting up SAP Marketing Cloud integration with SAP Analytics Cloud

The following errors occur when setting up SAP Marketing Cloud integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• Unexpected error in SAC response: "STATUS":403,Authenticated user is not permitted to perform the requested operation"}}
• Error occured for communication arrangement SAP_COM_0065
• Exception details: Unexpected text for XML-ABAP transformation
• Exception CX_XSLT_FORMAT_ERROR was raised in method GET_STORY_LIST (triggered in include CL_CUAN_ANA_GALLERY_PROV_REST=CM009 line 127)

No stories can been seen in the SAP Marketing Cloud report gallery.

Incorrect configuration.

The SAML2 Identifier to was set to Mail Address in the Communication Arrangement SAP_COM_0065.

It should be User Name.
