Internal and External Posting Preview shows Not Translated in Selected Language - when requisition is created from Browse Family and Roles.

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Management

1. Login to customer instance.
2. Create a Job Profile ( Admin center -> Create Job Profile -> Use any Family -> Choose Any role and click on next.
3. Enter sometext for every field (Click to add description here) and click on I am done. -> Activate the job profile too).
4. Create a Requisition using Browse Family and Roles and select the newly created profile.
5. Verify the job profile section of the requisition and check if the text you have entered is displayed.
6. Click on Internal Posting Preview / External Posting Preview - System shows "Not Translated in Selected Language"

This is an expected behavior.

Whenever we create the requisition from JPB the fields and the data are inherited or copied in the RCM tables.

In the Job Requisition - Click on Job Profile - Click on I am done.

As soon as user clicks on I am Done - the data gets saved in the RCM tables.

NOTE: This behavior will be modified within the H2 2022 release. After the release, Internal and External Posting Preview popus will load the content of Job Profile based on the Job Requisition default Locale value. For Product Support only, please refer to the internal memo.

1. Login to Customer instance
2. Create a Job Profile (Admin center -> Create Job Profile -> Use any Family( for ex: CSS Business Development) -> Choose Any role and click on next.
3. Enter some text for every field (Click to add description here) and click on I am done. -> Activate the job profile too). 
4. Create a Requisition using Browse Family and Roles and select the newly created profile.
5. Verify the job profile section in the requisition and click on the "I'm Done" button (or "Save" since b1902 Q1 Release).
6. Internal Posting Preview / External Posting Preview will be displayed.
