2775679 - Scheduled Period End Processing And Accrual Calendars Are Not Run Automatically

Symptom

Scheduled Period End Processing(PEP) / Inteirm Account Update / Accrual / Account Creation calendars are scheduled, but is not running on the date.

Environment

SAP Successfactors Employee Central - Time off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to manage time off calendars.
  2. The PEPs and accruals are scheduled but not run automatically / "Run date" is in the past but job still shows as "Scheduled"

Resolution

  • Check if nightly job 'TLMTrigger Task Job' or 'Recalculation Job' is failing.
  • Check if Interim Time Account Update rule, Period End Processing rules etc. are correctly assigned to the Time Account Type and are valid.
