2775679 - Scheduled Calendars Didn't Run Automatically As Per Run Date

Symptom

  • Calendars are scheduled (Eg: Period End Processing(PEP) / Inteirm Account Update / Accrual / Account Creation), but is not running automatically on the run date.
  • "Run date" is in the past but calendar still shows with status "Scheduled".

Environment

SAP Successfactors Employee Central - Time off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to manage time off calendars.
  2. PEP, accrual calendars etc. are scheduled, but it has not run automatically.

Resolution

  • In Provisioning, Navigate to 'Manage Scheduled Jobs' & check if 'Trigger Task Job' (or TLMTriggerTaskjob) is scheuduled. If no, schedule the job to run daily in Manage Scheduled Jobs.
    • NOTE: If you do not have access to Provisioning, please reach out to your partner, or raise an case under the component LOD-SF-EC-TIM-Rec inorder to schedule the Trigger Taks Job in provisioning.
  • In Provisioning, Navigate to 'Monitor Jobs' & check if 'Trigger Task Job' (or TLMTriggerTaskjob) job run is failing. If yes, check the job details on the error and correct the config issue (if any).
    • NOTE: If you do not have access to Provisioning,  please reach out to your partner, or raise an case under the component LOD-SF-EC-TIM-Rec inorder to schedule the Trigger Taks Job in provisioning.
  • Check if 'Recalculation Job' is failing with any error in Scheduled Job Manager.
  • Check if Interim Time Account Update rule, Period End Processing rules etc. are correctly assigned to the Time Account Type and are valid.
