Symptom

  • Error "HTTP 401 Unauthorized" is raised when trying to uninstall EAD:

Really uninstall 'XSAC_HANA_EA_D' ? (y/n)> y

Running uninstallation of "XSAC_HANA_EA_D" in org "HANACockpit" / space "SAP" as COCKPIT_ADMIN...
ERR javax.ws.rs.NotAuthorizedException: HTTP 401 Unauthorized

  • If you try to delete the service 'eadesigner-db' direclty from cockpit it will return the following message:

Unable to delete application. We are sorry, but we have encountered an internal error. If the problem persists, please create a support ticket.
