2776142 - sp_poolconfig returns error 18560 and 18562 - SAP ASE

When executing sp_poolconfig create or adjust the size of a cache pool, Error message 18560 and 18562 can be seen when the size of the creation or adjustment is not rounded to pool's page size.  This error is also seen when reducing the size of a cache pool and the amount reduced doesn't fit into the single page cache.

Msg 18562, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'ASE', Procedure 'sp_do_poolconfig', Line 1282:
You can size the pools correctly by retrying sp_poolconfig when the cache is not
in use or by restarting the Server.
