2776145 - Unable to Report an Unexpected Event with a Location for Tour Events in TM Collaboration Portal

Symptom

  • In Transportation Management Collaboration Portal, there is no location field for Tour Events when adding an Unexpected Event.  However, it is possible to add a location for an Unexpected Event within the NWBC Freight Order editor under the Execution tab and there is no distinction between Location Event and Tour Event. Thus, a Tour Event may be assigned a Location.
