2776163 - Changing the User Display Order by Name or User ID

Is there a procedure to change how the ordered users are displayed, whether by User ID by numerical order or First and Last name in alphabetical order?

Sample scenario:

1. Access a Class in Learning Administration >
2. Go to Registrations tab >
3. Click 'Add Users' >
4. Perform a search for users >
5. Notice that the ordering of users are displayed by User ID or Alphabetical by Last Name and First:

1. Access the configuration for the User search selector found in:
1. System Administration >
2. Configuration >
3. Search Selectors >
4. User >
2. Note the value set for the following property: selectedOrderBy

• The value can be set to selectedOrderBy=By Name if the admin wishes to view users sorted alphabetically by name.

          or

• Set the value to selectedOrderBy=BY student ID if the admin wishes to view users sorted by UserID:

NOTE: In searches, when using selectedOrderBy=By Name, the names will automatically be sorted by LAST NAME, even if the display order is changed.
