2776166 - Cockpit User Missing in Cockpit Manager

Symptom

  • You can not find one cockpit user in cockpit manager which existed before.
  • But the user still exists in HANA Studio (Security folder and Users view)
  • When you try to create a new one with same name, you get error like:

Failed to create user Request Failed SAP DBTech JDBC: [331] (at 23): user name already exists: <the user name>: line 1 col 24 (at pos 23)
