I posted a job offer on several job boards but it seems to be filtered on some of them.

Each job board has its own rules regarding the offers they publish on their Web site. Some of them have strict constraints regarding the content, contract type, education level, etc.

For instance, a job board specialized on jobs for young graduates will not allow jobs where the work experience required is more than X years or a job board focused on jobs in the IT area will not publish an accountant position.

Recruiters are advised to choose job boards according to the job content and candidates they want to reach.

In most cases, the reason why the job is filtered is not communicated to Recruiting Posting but might be provided directly to the customer.
