Symptom

In the Web Service monitoring transactions (SRT_LOG or SRT_UTIL) the following error is visible:

Client: 000 bgRFC Supervisordestination <bgRFC Supervisor Name> not usable
Error caused/detected by:Health Check by system administration for client:000.
