2776604 - IVR menu with DTMF does not work when SRTP is activated

  • You are using an SAP Contact Center (CCtr) Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
  • You've activated the Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol or Secure RTP (SRTP)
  • When using RTP only the Dual Tone – Multi Frequency (DTMF) options work fine; however with SRTP the menus don't work
  • Looking at the CEM logs, you noticed a 'nomatch' message and the call is disconnected afterwards
