Symptom

  • In SAP Transportation Management, a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is sent to the Collaboration Portal for the Carrier to Accept or Reject
  • Upon acceptance or rejection of the RFQ, the corresponding Freight Order's Confirmation Status remains as "No Confirmation Yet"
