2776755 - Unable to delete Planning Version in SPP Simulation

Symptom

When deleting a Planning Version using transaction /SAPAPO/SPPSIM. When providing the main input parameters to perform this action, which is the Planning Version and Version Profile, and executing the delete action, error message is shown: “Error when deleting version – Message no. /SAPAPO/PALG232”. Also, when accessing the Application Log details error message: “No Customizing entries exist for service profile - Message no. /SCMB/TDL_UTILS038” also appears.

SAP Supply Chain Management Service Parts Planning (SCM-APO-SPP).

SPP Simulation Version Copy (SCM-APO-SPP-SIM).
