Symptom

Emergency Contact from Terminated account is carried over when employee is rehired.

Environment

Employee Central - Personal Information
Employee Central - Hire/Rehire

Resolution

This is expected as Rehire is connected to old employment. Primary Emergency Contact is not an Effective Dated portlet. Hence, the data is carried out to the new record. However, there is already an enhancement open for this scenario. Engineering team are investigating the scenario but there is no tentitive date to implement this in the system.
