2776864 - Sales Phase Dropdown in Opportunities is not showing any values

You want to enter a Sales Phase in Opportunities but the dropdown menu does not show any values.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
2. Go to the Opportunities view.
3. Open the Opportunity ABC (ABC stands for an Opportunity name).
4. Click Edit and open the dropdown for the field Sales Phase.

Result: the dropdown does not show any values.

The Opportunity has been created without a Sales Cycle, the Sales Phase is bound to the Sales Cycle and no values are shown without a Sales Cycle.

Please enter the Sales Cycle in the Opportunity and the field values for the Sales Phase become available.

1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
2. Go to the Opportunities view.
3. Open the Opportunity ABC.
4. Click Edit and enter a Sales Cycle.
5. The enter the Sales Phase.
